I purchased my first bottle of Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar about 8 years ago at the Chico Farmers Market and been hooked ever since. I made a glaze with the PBV for a Caprese Salad. It was a hit with family and friends. It was also referred to as gourmet and only took minutes to prepare. I also purchased a couple extra bottles. They make awesome gifts.
